August 8th is a special day for St. Dominic Village and Warren Chapel as we celebrate the Memorial of our Patron Saint, St. Dominic.  On this same day every year, we take time to celebrate our heritage and pray for the present and future of our community.  St. Dominic Village came into being when the Dominician Sisters of Houston sold a portion of their property to the Diocese of Galveston Houston in 1975. We inherited St. Dominic from the Sisiters and we are blessed to have him as our Patron.
